The Colonial Inn in Heber Springs, Arkansas, is located on Highway 25N in very close proximity to Greers Ferry Lake and the Little Red River. The Colonial Inn features 31 Rooms and 7 Suites perfect for honeymoons or romantic getaways. All rooms feature modern decor with touchtone telephones, cable television, air conditioners, nearby conference room, onsite putting green, enclosed pool (open Memorial Day weekend through October 31st), picnic and playground area, and an adjoining restaurant.

Inside our rooms are large, comfortable, and always clean. For the honeymoon couple or family vacation we have what memories are made of. We are the closest motel to both the Little Red River and Greers Ferry Lake. We have ample parking and an easy circular drive for guests who wish to bring boats.
The clear, clean waters of the lake are especially inviting to swimmers, water skiers, scuba divers and fishermen. The river is one of the best trout streams in the nation, sporting both rainbows and German brown trout.
Enjoy Our Mooded Glen
Make a wish at the wishing well, or follow our gurgling streams as it plays over the rocks to our lovely little fountain. Charcoal grills and picnic tables are situated among the beautiful trees and large boulders for your pleasure. Practice your putts on the putting green under the trees, or visit the Thunderbird County Club just five minutes away where you can play golf at minimum greens fees.
